The refund process depends on where you purchased the plugin.
Direct customers (Freemius)
If you bought your license directly via wpcloudplugins.com, you have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase — no questions asked.
- Request the refund from your Freemius account, or reply to your purchase confirmation email.
- If you'd rather we handle it, contact our support with your license key and order ID.
CodeCanyon customers
If you purchased through CodeCanyon, refunds are handled by Envato under the Envato Market refund policy. Eligibility and timeframe depend on the reason for the request — Envato's own guide explains the cases: How do refunds work?
Before submitting a refund request, please:
- Open a support ticket with us first if it's a technical issue — most refund requests are caused by something we can resolve.
- Check the documentation and confirm the plugin is being used for its intended purpose.
