Direct customers (Freemius)
Your Freemius license key is delivered two ways:
- By email, in your purchase confirmation immediately after checkout.
- In your Freemius account, any time, at customers.freemius.com → My Licenses.
Lost the email and can't access the account? Contact our support with the email address you used at checkout.
CodeCanyon customers
Your CodeCanyon purchase code is available from your Envato account:
- Log in at codecanyon.net.
- Hover over your username at the top of the screen and click Downloads.
- Next to the item, click License certificate & purchase code (available as PDF or text file).
The purchase code is in the certificate.
If you no longer have access to your Envato account, you'll need to recover access via Envato support — we can't retrieve your purchase code from our side.
