How you extend or renew your support depends on your purchase channel.
Direct customers (Freemius)
What "renewing support" looks like depends on your license type:
- Annual license — support is included as long as your subscription is active. Subscriptions auto-renew by default; you can manage renewals from your Freemius account (renew early, change payment method, or restart a cancelled subscription).
- Lifetime license — includes 12 months of support from the purchase date, plus unlimited updates afterwards. After the initial 12 months, contact our support if you need assistance and we'll discuss the options.
CodeCanyon customers
Item support for the plugin is handled directly via your Envato account. Whether you can extend or renew support depends on the current status of your support period. Extensions and renewals can be purchased via the Downloads page or the Item page in your Envato dashboard:
- Log in to your Envato account.
- Hover over your username and click Downloads.
- Find the item in your downloads list.
- Click Extend now or Renew support now next to the item.

Support extension (active support) — 62.5% of the license price. Adds 6 months of support while your current support period is still active. Available if you have less than 6 months of support remaining.
Support renewal (expired support) — 87.5% of the license price. Adds 6 months of support after your previous support period has expired. Available only once your support has ended.
