The answer depends on your purchase channel.
Direct customers (Freemius)
Yes. Within your site tier, you can move a license freely between sites:
- Deactivate the license on a site you no longer use, from the plugin's settings page (or from your Freemius account).
- Activate it on the new site.
If you've reached your tier's site limit, you can upgrade to a higher tier from your Freemius account — you pay only the prorated difference.
CodeCanyon customers
A CodeCanyon license is tied to a single End Product. That means:
- Moving within the same End Product is fine — for example, switching to a new domain because of a rebrand, or moving the plugin from staging to production. Contact our support and we'll re-enable activation on the new domain.
- Using the license on a different project requires a new license — under the Envato terms, your purchase code is not transferable between unrelated sites.
